Revelation Yoga is a manifestation of an inner awareness, connection to oneself and creative expression. This studio has been created from a dimension in time rooted through inner strength, experience and the discovery of universal assistance through consciousness. This journey all goes back to a rediscovery of my inner source of power, and a dream to help others discover for themselves what I have discovered about myself. The studio is the revelation fueling my dreams. I am a dreamer, and I am making my dreams come true. I started dancing at the age of three. I loved the way I felt when I danced on stage, and that joy and passion motivated me to teach. I was a certified dance and aerobics instructor for many years, which evolved my vision as well as my physical strength. For many years, physical strength and burning calories embodied the words I spoke, lived, and believed, but over time it became a need rather than a joy. This is when I discovered the power of yoga, and I was refreshed, reborn and renewed. Yoga was my revelation. I became certified and practiced with a new awareness, which made me feel alive, healthier and more conscious. I saw my life with new eyes and new energy that I had never found in a gym. The energy and physicality that yoga brings, combined with the calm and joy that meditation unleashes is life changing. Now I look to share my passion and discovery with you. Revelation Yoga is not merely a practice of Yoga, it’s more. We are a community, a sanctuary and a path to physical fitness. Each class begins with breath, engaging the core and culminates in relaxation and meditation. Where else can you feel like you just had a full body massage after an intense work-out? Intuitive Yoga Teacher Certification- Mark Maldonado - Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.
Mark Maldonado is the owner and teacher of Sports Yoga M2 Studio since 2005. His yogic journey started in 1999 with a yoga class at a local gym, and after two years of daily practice, the inner journey influenced his intuition and the ability to inspire and connect with yoga. Mark makes a lasting impression with strong intuitive skills to correct and describe postures so that adjustments and alignments are felt and remembered. When he demonstrates postures it becomes an inspiration to have fun achieving your goal and be comfortable doing it. Intuitive Yoga is Mark’s blend of many styles but the ability to make you feel connected brings comfort to many students and teachers. He encourages you to look in and discover the true path. Intuition becomes your yoga.
He has brought his style of Intuitive Yoga to the North Palm Beach area over the last eight years. Mark’s goal is to encourage students to practice yoga safely and frequently utilizing his techniques. The Intuitive Yoga approach allows every student to perform at their level, in comfort, while adjusting with intuitive confidence at any level. Mark believes by developing his Intuitive Yoga as therapy you can discover the subtle energies from the adjustments and alignments to gain the most out of each posture. The evidence of Mark’s theory is in his personal practice and how each class is presented. Mark first studied anatomy in 2000 as a medical assistant, while working in the field. In 2002 he took it further with education and training in physical therapy. Although he enjoyed the closeness of working one on one, he felt he could help more people in an environment structured for healing, which lead him back to yoga. During this time he recognized that he was truly the happiest when he was practicing yoga in 1999. Mark honored the natural instinct to do what he loves and was certified in 2003. In 2005 started his studio, the name Sports Yoga was chosen because he felt it would relate more to the general public especially if you were athletic in any way. Mark became a 200 hour level teacher in 2008 and a 500 hour level teacher registered with Yoga Alliance in 2013. Then he began his teacher training program at a 200 hour level. Mark’s history with anatomy training as a medical and physical therapy assistant provided a healthy knowledge of the body to connect your practice through alignment and modifications. He has taught daily in his studio with private clients, group classes, organizations, gyms and country clubs. He knows how to honor your practice and
maximizes your time so that the pace of the class keeps you interested and productive. He has a unique way of presenting the class that energizes you but is also relaxing and informative. It’s more about being with Mark that tends to inspire and enlighten the heart. His spontaneity and intuitive adjustments makes you feel like you receive a private yoga class while in a group environment. www.yogam2.com

Tina Janssen, Sunshine Yoga Studio, Lafayette, Indiana
I started teaching fitness in 1998 after having my son with a strength training class and a simple stretch class at my local YMCA. I had been reading and self-teaching Yoga and began to incorporate Yoga moves into my stretch class. I saw incredible transformations with my students right away! My place of employment, like many people, had the misconception that Yoga was a religion. Learning the knowledge behind Yoga taught me that it is about the relationship you have with your self which will affect your relationships with everything around you - whether you choose a higher power or not. I watched your everyday person experience physical, internal, even spiritual changes improving the actual being inside and out. This had an incredible influence on me immediately. I had found something so universal, for everyone and anyone, I wanted to take it further and see where I
could go with this amazing ancient technique. I was not able to teach Yoga where I had been a fitness instructor and I felt that I had something that I had to tell and show the world. This prompted me to open up my own Yoga studio known as Sunshine Yoga and Fitness. I can't explain the results that I get to personally see on a daily basis. This practice is for all. It will allow you to come into your wholeness which will in return allow you to have better
relationships with the world and beings around you! www.sunshineyogafitness.com

A New Day Yoga School, North Attleboro, MA
Marilyn has worked for more than 25 years helping children and adults as an educator. Marilyn started practicing yoga in the mid-90s and has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years. She has always exercised whether it
was walking, dancing, running or yoga. Marilyn has always been active and maintains a healthy life style. It wasn't until she moved through her journey with breast cancer 12 years ago that she discovered the true meaning of what yoga was all about. It was learning how to relax and enjoy life by reducing stress and anxiety and being more present in her everyday life. That was the birth of "A New Day Yoga, LLC". Marilyn decided to spread her excitement and passion for yoga to everyone. Marilyn's philosophy has always been that every day is a new day. So that led to the birth of A NEW DAY YOGA, LLC because for Marilyn everyday was a new beginning. Marilyn believes in maintaining a healthy life style not just on the mat but off the mat too. So Marilyn believes what we put in our bodies and how we think about ourselves is as important as what we practice on the mat. Marilyn is a certified yoga teacher, for adults as well as children. Marilyn is a REIKI Master, Shake Your Soul/Kripalu Yoga Danskinetics teacher and is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance E-RYT. A New Day Yoga, LLC is an affiliate of "Finding Inner Peace Yoga School". Marilyn has been featured in the Attleboro Sun Chronicle and One Women's Place. www.anewdayoga.com

Fish Tree Yoga School, Pensacola, Florida
Jan was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, and moved to Pensacola in
1977. Twenty years later, she picked up her first yoga mat. Her longtime friend
Linda Sudevi Kramer had just started teaching yoga, and so the path began.
The two friends attended workshops together, starting in South Beach, FL,
with David Life and Sharon Gannon in a Jivamukti Yoga intensive workshop. Other
workshops included Andrea & Jeffrey Choen, Jivamukti Yoga teachers; Doug
Keller, Anusara teacher; Didier Raison, Anusara teacher; and Doug Swenson,
Ashtanga teacher. Jan also completed Sequence 2 in traditional Thai-Yoga Body
Work.
Jan began her teaching by substituting for Linda Kramer at East Hill Yoga
Studio. After completing a 200-hour Spontaneous Yoga teacher training with
Acharya Yogendradev, from the Lakulish Institute of Yoga, Vadodara, Gujarat,
India, in November 2007, Jan immediately started teaching her Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes at Breathe Yoga Studio in Pensacola.Jan’s invigorating vinyasa flow has a broad appeal. She has taught everyone from college football players at the famed Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze to surfers, doctors and people from all walks of life, including children from the Montessori School.
While researching yoga for football players she was drawn to the great yoga master Baron Baptiste, who was on the coaching staff of the Philadelphia Eagles for four years. After reading more about the Baptiste Power Vinysa Yoga developed by Baron, Jan decided to attend the teacher trainings offered by the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. Level 1 teacher training was completed in February 2008, in Hawaii, and Level 2 was completed in June 2008, in Helena, Montana Jan completed all the requirements for certification, and in January 2009 she was certified as a Baptiste Power Vinyasa Teacher. Jan is also registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour RYT. Jan put her heart into building a yoga retreat facility on the 10 acres where she resides in Pensacola. Fish Tree Yoga open during the summer of 2009 and offers Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga classes, retreats and workshops. Jan is the mother of five children and has five grandchildren. She lives with her husband and a 20-pound cat named Earl. Besides her passion for yoga she also plays the piano and paints. Her artwork is just as colorful and unique as she is.
